100 % Full time.
We have full time jobs and in our culture there are most of the time full time job though part time also exisit but in smaller %age.
My answer is based on my experience in Government Sector where most of employees are Full time employees. There are also some fixed pay or contract employees. It depends on the policies of the Governemtn which changes from time to time. However, majority of job hunters prefer to Full time employment.
In India due to scarcity of jobs and non secureness of part time jobs (Indians prefer secure jobs and in most instances payments are made in monthly t\\rather than weekly basis )the proportion of part timers are low.
Also for the co point of vew if the oprations are not seasonal then the co can get much more work done by less no of full time emplorees.
In most cos non peramnent staff looking after transport , catering and cleaningare not co emploees and not under co payroll.
