I have small Network ,3 Routers Connected. with Dynamic routing. what is the best routing protocols i have to use it?

OSPF is good in small network.

BGP is more secure if the locations of routers are different.

EIGRP is fastest among protocols in IGP

OSPF is the best protocol when it comes to small network routing!!

I would suggest if you are in LAN then go for OSPF or EIGRP.

If this routers are in multiple location/branches go for BGP.

EIGRP is the best Because EIGRP is the fastest among all IGP protocol

we can Use one of this protocols: RIP v2, OSPF , EIGRP, but the best Protocols is OSPF.

It depend with on your expertise on the routing protocol.

For me if you didn't have the complex network and the problem of heavy routing information you can even use RIP.

But I recommed EIGRP !!
