No that is not true. It is just a personal unique quality or trait to be honest, it doesn' t have to be online or on telephone for someone to be truth & honest, its just an inborn natural trait although in some rare cases; some people learn to be honest while others are just taught to be honest.

Yes,,as they are not busy in any other activity which is common in telephonic survey.online people are more attentive as compared to telephonic .
