Wouldn't you be better off in a bigger (smaller) organization?

I better be where I can do what I love doing and add value irrespective of the size of the organization.

In a bigger one certainly, because you'll have much experience in your career more than the smaller one.

sure ,it wud be pretty wiser in a bigger organization for you could extend your chances as much as possible

In my opinion,one gets a more diversified experince of life in a bigger organization as one interacts with much more diversified personalities and processes and there is a lot to learn.An example would be a canal(small organization) compared to a river(Large Corparation) and to consider ourselves as fish.
