recycling of the waste - industry affliaction

reduction and reveiwing  the last6 months variable cost

forecasting of  intake and sales plan

marketing calendar for the the quarter and half year

the above when well define will reduce cost sizeable along with better utiliezation of the resources

Im also doing almost the same as u suggest. Simultaneously i've started material utilization & cut to ship also. Hope u have something related these two.

1. Consult the function heads to identify the crirtal control points in the operations which affect  the effective utilization of resources and our profits.

2. Consult and develope the standard processes for same with the heads of the functions.

3. Develop the effective training mentods for execution.

4. Train members for the developed standard processes and measure the execution level.

5. Put them under simulation and retrain if, required.
