How can you categorize the potential talent level?

 Sir I just want to add if it as expensive position then it could even be less than a year.

An example would be an outsider who has been placed as a gen manager over a group of tenured staff more than10 years in the system

1. Turn (0-1 Year).

2. Growth (2-3 Years).

3. Mastery (4-5 Years)
