What is AVCHD format?

Advanced Video Coding High Definition (AVCHD) or simply m2t file, this is the nightmare of after effects and Premiere, this is the HD camera encoder for videos it gives you an HD video with a compressed size. you can use a converter to convert the file to avi format or wmv. Or sometimes you can import the file in after effects CS5.5 and it works, if not you have to use the converter.
