What are the major causes of "employee apathy" in the workplace?

1. Conflict issues (Boss and Co-workers)
2. Policy and Procedures
3. Skills not being recognised or used
4. Bad working conditions
5. Decision Making is not courging
6. Lack of job security

Lack of job satisfactioin...personal problms...work atmosphere...ego...ill equipped automation..etc

1 - Because there isn't an activated system rules.

Please put stress on " activated " because a lot of companies have deactivated one.

and others have no one.

2- Absence of " achieving targets rule " every day, every month from the General Manager to the Dustman.

3 - Letting the problems till they become bigger and uncontrollable.

4 - Managers have a weak pesonality.

5 - Depending on Individual work not team work.

6 - " Reward and Punishment Rule " is not activated.
