Hi Sir

It also means doing your homework before the intervew. Going to the net and studying about the company and the job profile u are applying for. Convincing yourself that u are the best candiate for the profile with your experiance and education . From my personal experiance I can say do not give up even if you feel the intervew is going out of your hand. Fight till the last. Also experiance in your failure in previous intervew will help you to give a better answer now.

It means that you should show the employer the answers that he/she is willing to hear, not what you really mean, you have to convince them why they do need to hire you or what value your presence will add to their company.

Simply put, you have to find out beforehand the optimal candidate the employer is looking for and give them that. Like any sales call, you first probe for the needs and wants of the buyer, then you pitch your product/service to match their needs.

This is to be focused and concentrate on what are the buyer's needs and requirements for the job regardless your broad out skills.

Don't waste his valuable time in your stories out of his concern.
