Tracking the issues is a key element in resolving the issues. If a proper issue-management is not implemented, many of the issues become the core-reason of the delay or failure of the project.

The "Tracking of Issues" also gives a clear picture of the performance and capabilities of the relevant project members, along with the status of each issue.
