Media Kit is the all the tools, resources and assets you as a marketer give to the medica agency or PR agency so he can manage your campaign.

For example if you have a new launch campaign and inviting press for the launch, you handover the "Media Kit" to all journalists or PR agency so they can find everything they need about yout product, including images, videos, articles and FAQs.

yes it is very important as it keeps you brand communication consistent in all media
