Why are managers indifferent about employee's job satisfaction? They focuses only upon the customers. But customer delight is dependent on employees.

Customer delight is definitely on employees. If the employees are happy with the supervisors and employer policies, they better devote themselves towards organizational goals which is obviously the satisfaction of their customers.
