What is good way or technique to recruit right men for the right job?

KSA analysis is a right tool to identify the right people for the right job:

1. Knowledge - Basic understanding of the job as theory, model and framework.

2. Skills - Capability to perform the job.

3. Attitude -  How to behave in any situation of work.

A resume or CV can only tell you so much. I would grant people the opportunity to sell themselves, instead of just looking at a faceless piece of paper.
