What advice would you give to a fresh graduate?

Be a creative thinker & maintain your social orientation

take more training courses

After your graduation look  at your skills and strength and based on your skills and strength, look at the areas where you can specialize yourself. Specialsation is essential and gives you a real competitive advantage. 

It is important to stand out from the crowd to be succesful in your career

Be humble and continue learning to add more knowledge and to develop your skills which can be shared to uplift the society.

Knowledge and skills are permanent treasures to be cherished life long.

start working, learn new things and give fresh ideas!

Fresh Graduate - while start up your Job Hunting; make sure that You are starting with Good Pay Master at entry level; Choose the Industry of your choice - not like what ever you get ; wait even for few months to get into the right place..A Good start is much more needed than a quick start..

Continue with some Part time courses to keep update yourself.

My only advice for a fresh graduate , is learn learn learn , enhance your earned  certificate with extra proffessional accredited courses,the sooner the better , work in prestigious , highly qualified places to get the most experience you can gain  in a short time , also chose always hard and challenging tasks , because that will always be your evidence of success.

Dont think outside of the box... Just break the box!

Also, dont accept a position in any company unless in a famous and prestigious organization and in something you wish to continue in, no matter how tempting the salary or position is or how desperate you are...

I would like to add a three things:

1. You aren’t as smart as you think.
2. You have more potential than you can imagine.
3. You are just beginning your education. 

If you are graduating this spring, congratulations. You have accomplished something very significant. But don’t be fooled. The real journey—and the adventure—is just beginning.
