I think your applied position did not meet you education, knowledge, skills and experience. Please find suggestion below:

1. Before applying for the position, carefully go through the job requirement which meet your KSE.

2. Revise or check your CV and add key words which are relevant to your KSE.

3. Do not apply any position, which is not meeting your KSE.

First you must recieve initial screening calls. If you didn't recieve a call, then we can assume that it is screened out due to positon, experience, salary, competition, etc with respect to each JD.
