Job prospects for an Intermediate Test analyst in U.A.E?

I am working as a Intermediate Test Analyst in Auckland, New Zealand and have4+ years of experience in testing. I want to make a move to UAE preferably Dubai, Abu Dhabi. I want to know what are the prospects for me if in UAE and how is the IT Market there and how is the work culture. I am a New Zealand Resident and have been living here for5 years and also did my post graduation here from Auckland, New Zealand. Thanks in Advance.
