I think this is an example of C. Penetration pricing . You give special offers only when you are trying to penetrate a new market whererthere are existing players.

as we all know all the products introduced in the market have profit level to what it should be and the other side we see, products keeps increase the price from time to time.

Its a mental game of marketing to make see consumers a extra ordinary benefits or cheaper price,  but it just a infactuation only.
