Can we convert to shapefiles the built-in whole Road shapes in Google Earth?

using google earth you can saveas onlin kmz or kml format but i f you are asking to convert km/kmz into shape or vice versa then you can do it easily in so many software FME, Global Mapper, ARcGIS etc etc
