What have been the biggest achievements in your procurement career?

Pocuring the quality item with right cost with minimum inventory is the biggest achivement.

My Organisation is considering me as Procurement Specialist. 

I know the business now and it has encapsulated enterpreneurhsip in me.

Achieved- supplier on time delivery improvement in 95% of business deal and by reducing purchase cost , have gain 3% to 8% profit margin.

Biggest achievement was procuring within a time limit...

This was very challenging as I had to tackle many obstacles and at the end I was glad as everything got sorted with great benefits for everyone involved.

This experience has helped me in thinking critical and patience has a great virtue.

1.  Saved SAR1million annually by reducing fixed spending 2% and variable overhead    spending 10% through a variety of cost-improvement creativities through better application of resources.
