Do you postpone things? What are good reasons to postpone things?

To get it better and take an action on appropriate time.

Postponing things happen to everyone, be it an individual's personal work or an organization's billion dollar project. Reasons can be many, right from laziness to the inability to spare quality time to spend on work to be done. It can be due to external factors like availability of client or climatic conditions also.  Rather than the reason for postponding, one should think about the benefits of postponding a work i.e, if I postpone this work will I be able to do it in a more efficient way? If the answer is yes, there is no need of second thought

Yes, I postpone many things. The serious issues need to be taken in a wide range of time and thinking to gain fine results, because many loses may happen when rushing things.

I used not to say " yes " or " no " for things only if I took the appropriate time.
