Does people's punctuality in the Middle East vary from country to country?

i believe it varies from group to group and not country to country.

more education and exposure to the civilized world will give you a realization of the importance of punctuality.

so i would say if education and knowlege levels varies from country to country i believe it would vary.

I strongly brlieve that punctuality is varies from person to person,because punctuality is a personal attitude,if you are punctual yourself then it doesn't matter which country you are from

Punctuality doesn't constraint country to country. It's once value to be on time. So it doesn't vary country to country. 

Punctuality vary from coutry to coutry if employees are puntual then it create positive impact to the organization

I believe that puntuality is a personal attitude and culture which must be strictly adhered to. Time zones differ likewise our culture
