What are the steps that I must take and follow to Learn English , German and Japanese with the right way ?

From my point of view, I think you should go each country of these languages for at least one year for each, if you dont have money try to take courses in each language. first you should take English then Germany and finaly Japanese language. The most important thing is to know alot of voc of each language because voc is the weapon of any language. Then you should know the basic grammar for each present past and future. To improve your performance in these languages try to chat with friends from these countries and watch alot of English, German and Japanese movies.

It may initially cost you some financial outlay, but worth the money in the long run. find a teacher  whose native language you wish to learn or a non native speaker who is highly proficient in those languages and go from there.
