To work under pressure you must remain calm, and focus in getting the job done to the best of your ability.

When we are working on big projects in a huge company, due to several reasons, it is inevitable and unavoidable that we encounter some obstructive elements. If we have an acceptable level of knowledge and experience which is relevant to our responsibilties, there would be possibilities to anticipate more of these elements and to find the solutions in the earlier steps. Honestly, there also might be cases which are totally unexpected due to some rare events which are out of our control, and led to fail deadlines. I believe that in these cases the schedule of the considered projects might be lengthened, the level of cost has to be rised, and we are going to fail even more deadlines and milestones. In general, it can be possible to revise the general schedule and use some diversion program to compensate the delay.
