What would the best way to teach engineering students for the subjects they feel difficult to understand?

You can use some example, you tubes videos, using simple words, formula

There is always way to learn anything in this world but a  variety of methods are available when it comes to teaching. 

Depending on subject, especially in Engineering, demonstration is one of the best possible way of teaching. 

The student needs to understand the application and the relevance of their subject. Hence I would usually give them a problem for them to think about, and to understand what is needed. 

Following this, I would teach them what is required and how to solve the problem. Demonstrate it if it is in field work or in form of experiments. This way they tend to learn and remember the subject they find difficult to understand.
