Do you think today’s youth have issues with respecting authority?

Without any shadow of doubt! In my younger days I respected ALL adults. Teachers and Policmen in particular were held in high esteem and I wouldn't dare answer back or show any form of dissent. If I went home and said that I had been punished at school, my father would punish me again! I don't for one minute advocate corporal punishment but standards of behaviour have been in decline since it became "unfashionable"!
