What are the career oppourtunities in Medical coding for a AAPC certified coder in the Middle East?

There is no value for a certified professional coders in middle east, it is valuable only in INDIA and USA.

CPC, CIC or CCS or certified from any AAPC or AHIMA are not given respect and never consider for the higher salaries ......because this is middle east where they do not follow Coding, Billing and Auditing of international standard. 

Even if they want to implement Intl. standards , they cannot follow it completely. But they are trying to follow the Australian Standard from HIMAA, which is also not fully implemented in middle east.

Hence, people with excellent knowledge of Coding  and Billing or Auditing with certification are requested not to go or come for work in middle east  for low salaries and get discriminated.

Professional people have value only in their own countries and USA. Because in middle east, the real Coding  and Billing or Auditing of medical services is not done either in Facility or Non-facility Hospitals.
