Units. • Supervises and is responsible for accuracy and promptness of the activity of all sections of the Branch. • Gives advices, guidance, direction and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures consistent with the established business policy of the Bank. • Monitors all the Branch activities to ensure compliance with the relevant internal procedures, transactions, local regulations and/or Central Bank of Egypt decisions, Management Memorandums and orders. • Organizes team work and monitors performance of all Branch operations continuously. • Coordinates HR issues (including appraisal of personnel) in a way that ensure the uninhibited operation of the Branch. Develops staff skills & team working spirit. • Responsible for preparation of the budget of the Branch and for executing all plans and budget.
