the question is vague, because this can be address to people as patient/family and Nurses. moreover i would give my opinion as a nurse. Why do nurses refuse to go nursing home?
First of all, given that i came from Philippines and the notion that working in middle east specially in the house of arabs is somehow scary because of the rumour that we are always taken advantage off.
second, working in nursing home have very limited opportunity for growth and learning. Nurses here are confined to one patient, but the bright side is we are giving the quality care the patient needs.
