I would say Alazhar University in Egypt and the American University in Lebanon would be the equivalents.
,During the History of Human being , There was alot of rises and collapses of several civilizations . During the rise of Arab civilization , Europe was just living in darkness that was1300 years back . we cannot deny that the current prevailing civilization is endendered from europe .
