As per your scenario Intel is best option.

My preference leans towards AMD here, based on the mentioned parameters, but not to mention that Intel also has a definite roadmap here and also more fan following!

Both are good but we need to look in the hardware vendor servers or workstations Regarding the server HP BL series and DL series they come with many cpu speed but the brand is Intel
