What is the best infographic creation online tool?

In fact there are many, I used to use Adobe Illustrator (over an Excel backdrop layer) for it gives me the freedom to create almost anything, with a huge number of possible output formats. On the other hand there are rather plenty of specific softwares. I've read a couple of good reciew on Smart Draw, it has many templates, themes, and it gives comparatively fast and haigh quality output.
