How much the ratio (flared / produced) gas is in your country during the whole production chain ? in Algeria saying that that ration is under17% (15,32 %) but that ration in token from the design specifications so it could be upper than that a little and the national company says that this ratio is decreased to11% in the last decade

Are you sure% is only flaring not including fuel gas burnt in heater or engine?flaring% for sure is big waste. Flare should be1-2% maximum
