Why do companies now require experience even for Entry level positions? How will new graduates get that experience if nobody is hiring them?!

Well... as everybody wants not to get stuck in his/her business progress. Therefore, a simple suggestion; please do work in part time during university/college times even a small organization. Part time jobs can lead you for a better position after graduation and it does give you the idea of practical work.

Secondly, one should apply for the post to which s/he is qualified. A fresh candidate aught to apply for a junior, assistant, etc. type of positions in beginning. After gaining practical experience of a few years, s/he can apply for higher positions...

Third point, one should never ever give up for applying to further positions. Be optimist and struggle... chances are at your door-steps at all.

the experience is the art to do the perfect task. and without that i dont think anybody can perform better. so do that job which make you strong in matter of performance. dont do that job which is not challenging and make you strong to surround in corporate.
