I have never heard of any banks offering student loans. Are there any banks that provide these loans in the Middle East?
Actually, there are some banks in UAE offering some sort of student/education loan. These include Noor Islamic Bank, Mashreq Bank, Barclays and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. Each has specific education product to offer for certain level of study.
Might be RAK Bank and ADIB Bank
Check with Doha Bank in Qatar; they provide the education loans to the students studying in Qatar university.
