How can we gear training to help improve English teaching?

Teachers should be passionate about English as well as about the success of their students. This can and will be passed along to students. Students who are helped to lay a solid foundation will develop a love for the English language and a love for learning. 

Teachers who learn to introduce a well thought out plan that moves step by step, building on skills, will help the student become confident and thoroughly understand what they are learning. Through comprehension, confidence and a love for learning, students can and will do amazing things. 

So, I believe successful teachers are trained to teach in steps, to encourage comprehension, and nurture a love of learning.
