Which one of the following is important for a successful business? A.Good Marketing set up, B.Skilled people,C.Integrity

The three factors are essential and important but you have to put them all in harmony to get functioning well, hence skilled people first , intergity second and the maerketing for sure depends on the skilled staff and the integrity of the facility twards its staff.

marketing is critical , it is the start to success or fails , even if you have skilled people and integrity you could fail if you don't have a good  marketing.

All of them are eqully important. I wouldn't trade one for another!

Well all given three words linked with each other . A man have good skills depends on same he build a good marketing setup. As well he have a setup for his work so integrity automatically comes in his process.

I think the answer is differ from oerson to another , but for me i think (( B )) as skills is the core who run the operation for any company , i mean if i already have perfect Marketing but i have bad sales team , them my Goods or services will be sold up as my first deal with the customer and as no follow up with my sales team , finally the customer will look to another supply who will deal with him / her as the first stasfications customer is the aim of any company.
