Benchmark others: travel, pick ideas from anywhere. 

Music could be a good inspiration as well as art festivals.

I would recommend Art Basel as very ecclesiastic, Fashion shows the ones of Milan and Sao Paulo are fantastically marketed. And if you can't afford the travels videos gives you a first impression.

Also give a look at oscar ceremonies i.e. Cannes, British film festival, Bhollywood, Shanghai film festival, Singapore... Books, stories, cinema and perfumes are also creating the emotion you are willing to give. 

Best hotels, restaurant and places are often a great inspiration on the merchandising side (i.e. Crowne, Four Season, Ritz...)

The point would be to create an harmony within your place that is specific from your brand.
