What is the difference between diploma and higher diploma?

The distinction goes like this: Certificate =1-1.5 terms/yrs Diploma =2 Adv Dip =3 Degree =4

According the evaluation of education into  diploma or higher diploma  we evaluate the time to complete the same.

Normally diploma takes1-2 Years.

But Higher Diploma takes3yrs as per it’s also called graduation.
