For achieving the aims of one lesson. how could we face the problem of the difference in the mental abilities between students ?

It's a matter of finding a happy medium. Find a balance in setting a teaching standard, not too difficult but not too simple, this should result in maintaining the interest of the higher achievers but not dishearten those with more limited ability, they will still think that learning is within their reach.
