if U mrean two same pipe diameters with differ thicknes you should decrase the thickness of thicker pipe according to used Code.If U mean there is an ovality in pipes because of bad transportation, storage or there is a seam weld in the pipe you should distribute high - low for each two opposite quarters of the pipe
