If a fresher goes to an interview they are asking for experience, then how fresher will get the experience if he's not getting job anywhere?

Actually I think fresher at this situation should attract the employer by :

  • Tell him that he is very fast in self learning.
  • Tell him that you have a lot of relationships.
  • Tell him that you don't want a very big salary.

We all start at some point in our working lives without experience. You can find free tutorials that will give you the basic skills to offer a company. If you do a google search for subjects such as excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Free Typing Tests (Great for testing Accuracy, Speed). Also contact a company that offers Temporary Employment Services such as Office Team/ Accountemps. Temporary Employment Agencies also offer training on software.

Companies who use Temporary Employment Agencies know that some training will be necessary. Companies use these agencies to hire employees on a temporary basis to see how the employee fits in with their organization. Full time employment is often a possibility if they like your work ethics and productivity. Hope this helps the no experience job issue

That is a very good question as i faced the same issue.

but you can turn over the whole interview in your side by that i mean you can show the interviewer that you deserves this job as you are qualified and fast learner and smart worker
