“The Good Teacher” is the best and exiting certificate you have. Being a “Good Teacher” firstly you should involve yourself in the subject of your specialty and with fully confident, have a vide knowledge and prepare yourself before going to the classroom, You have to be a good listener and responsive to all of your students regardless their differences and deal with them as they are and helping to the weak students what they require and be flexible to all of them. Be soft and humor but maintain the peace in the classroom. And finally deal with all of them like your own child.
To be a good teacher, you should be flexible and patient so as to communicate easily with all students, nevetheless you should have strong personality to maintain discipline in class. A good teacher should be a quick-witted and well prepared for any questions set out of the students.
Do the necessary,teach after you have researched adquately on the subject matter.Incorporate workable teaching approaches that cater for the learners.
You need to be all things to all people. An Orator, a font of knowledge, a communicator, a counsellor, a mediator, judge, jury, kind, tolerant, patient, evenhanded, a good listener, a figure of authority, a role model. What you shouldn 't be is the opposite of any of these!! All in all we aren't paid enough money are we?????? I jest, being able to teach is reward in itself.
