How do you deal with job pressure?

Always Focus on the Job And Targets which you have to Achieve buy the Month End 

There are three points which we need to focus. 

1) Improve communication

2) Consult your employees

3) Cultivate a friendly social climate.

I would try to prevent that from happening by learning how to relax. If it did I would  just take time to recharge. and then would get some support.

Time Managment, and proritize the work.

- Try to stay calm and focused

-Priotize your work as per the time frame

-Use your common sense

Exercise your flexibility.

Learn what are the priorities.

Be honest. Do not take extra tasks if you feel that you're overloaded. 

Self motivation is must if we come to the retail . Finally its all about what company is paying in the end of the month. 

Stress is very important to me. With stress, I do the best possible job. The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress.I need good stress to stay motivated and productive.
