It is an important part of maintenance planning. because it is critical in rotary components of production line.

1- define a functional location plan and determine the exact location of the parts they need to lubrication.

2- refer to maintenance manual of equipments or contact with manufacturers to get the requires information.

2.1. determine the type of lubricant

2.2 determine the frequent of lubrication

2.3 prepare the lubrication manual and determine those people who are responsible to do it

2.4 define the inspection routine and ask your people to inspect the lubrication program frequently

2.5 continually check the rotary devices in terms of temperature and vibration

and finally recommend you to use automatic lubricators for critical equipment. (continious lubrication).
