Definitely International Accounting System is very easy in UAE. Because the tax implication on various area of accounts is more complicated.

International accounting system is a package useful but needed to be modified based on the requirements of each company so you may amend the taxation or any other fields in the system in order to tailor it according to your needs but I don't think that it can be used as it is.
