They have to be fully aware of all the business office or Function / A system to save documents, whether in the computer or in the archive / accuracy in the order / quick response / update the data constantly / establish a good relationship with the staff Owner and consultants to facilitate the work between us in the receipt of the documents and not complicate things.  and do distribution to those documents daily and constantly
