Within Conceptual studies/Feed phase ; Change Management is around60-80%0f agreed scope where it's either subjected to Value Engineering or for introducing new technologies Within EPC phase; Change Management is around10/20 %0f agreed scope where it's limited to introducing new features in Equipments design.
All of the aove figures is dedicated to middle east area.
