The answer to your question depends on few considerations:1. Does location matter to you? You should be more focused and specify where you wish to study.2. Your grades. You may wish to study in Harvard, for instance, but your capabilities are more humble.3. Budget. Do you have open budget to pay for tuition and accommodation?4.
