What's More Important: Qualifications or Experience or Skill ?

All three are important as per sequence mentioned.

First : Qualification

Second : Skill

Third : Experience

I have personally recruited great qualifications without experience and skills that turned out to be total disasters - Nothing beats experience and skills

Skills and experience.

Qualification without practice unfortunately it doesnt mean too much.

Skills : The most important and the multi talent candidate could do well in his career.

Experience : Adding value and reducing deviation.

Qualifications : Essential base for starting the work task to understand the requirements.

Qualifications first then Experience  then skills

These three ingredients are important in their own sphere. But to me most important of all is skill. Qualification and Experience are only added advantage in accomplishment of certain objective. Indeed, Qualification and Experience can be used to maximum only by a skilled person.
