Do you think top ranked service is credible? cause I see people ranked top one on different specialties while they are not at the same profession?

Ranking high on various specialties is possible.

More and more people go through 'non linear' careers, and develop solid expertise in various fields, which might look like unrelated. Their current profession might be very different from what they did in the past, and part of their expertise might be great, even in fields where this expertise is currently inactive.
